The project stakeholder management concepts belong to project stakeholders who are active individual groups in an organization, enthusiastically connected with the outcome and the decision of the organizations. Now the stakeholder management is combined with the especially skilled people to complete a project or program or activity. Each of the projects is maintained with the stakeholders who help to manage it properly. All of them are involved with the speed down or speed up the project as per the requirement to complete the process of work. Now it can be said that stakeholders are extremely useful or important for the agent, sponsor and the advocates. There are several small tasks has been maintained through the stakeholder management; like the RISK management. In other sense active stakeholders contribution may cause a lower risk at any project (Eskerod and Jepsen.,2016). Overall it will help to influence the workplace and help to reach the goal easily. In a project, there are several types of employee involvement to complete the process adequately; but the stakeholders may help to select a good performer to medium performer who will help to make a new project in time with quality work. So in a smaller point of view it can be said that the stakeholders do the whole process of the project management. They are too much contributed to complete the target project in many ways. The stakeholders are involved with several organizations from multiple locations. There are several steps which will help to discuss the stakeholder management properly. The report contains a brief discussion about stakeholder management to complete the scenario in project management (Bourne.,2016).
Project stakeholder management is one of the essential parts of any project. It can be said that there are suggestions like free advice, reducing the risk, completing the project with easy process and the enthusiastic thought which will help to complete the project (in much easier way) are done through this Project stakeholder management. The project stakeholders are mainly bothered about the outcome of the main project. On the other hand the steering committee and the sponsor handling are done through them. Some of the other partners like the suppliers, subject matter expert and the cross-functional managers are also linked with this chain (Uhl and Gollenia.,2016). No matter how many types of the employee are involved in this matter it can be said after joining the Project stakeholder management; the output will have a huge difference in product quality as well as the perfection. It can be easily visible if the same project has been completed with Project stakeholder management and without Project stakeholder management team. Now after the project has been selected; the project managers will help to select the stakeholders properly. The project related expectation is also analyzed by the project managers to identify them adequately. To draw a concept of the proper Project stakeholder management; it is obvious to identify the project stakeholders properly (Oppong, Chan and Dansoh,.2017). Some given an example will help to draw attention about the project stakeholders:
In this scenario, another one-term is very much popular, primary project stakeholder. They are involved in the team in a long duration. Their main involvement is to helping in information needs. That will help to focus on input and the decision. But main target is to provide the information till the end of the project. Also they will focus on the successful conclusion of the project. Other stakeholders are involved with particular aspects like completing activities, legal-marketing-human resource field etc. Technical aspect like the application, supplier and contractor are also the part of the primary project stakeholders. So mainly directly involved persons are included in this category. The primary stakeholders are helping to fulfil the project need suitably (Anholon and Sano.,2016).
All of these needs are taken care before the project has been started. A project cannot tend to certainly in a failed case; that is why the project need is taken care. If the customer need is clear; then it is very easy to execute it. Now some of the customers are visible, some of them are not. But to create the successful project all of them are taken case by the stakeholders. Another one aspect is to have a clear idea about managing the project which will help to give a direction about the project or the resulting content. Except that to whom the project has been created, and the resulting concepts are needed to be clear. So many people will help to make the project proper and successful. Each and every project has been done with a different way, different methods (Padalkar and Gopinath.,2016). That is why the different environment, labors, group of customers and different environment is needed. Maybe the organization may not comfortable with the various type of people; that is why the interaction is needed. The data-driven (data is the most essential things to complete a project) workshop has been changed the thought of leadership and the involvement of the business environment has a huge aspect (Binder.,2016).
Business is another one thing which has a huge effect on the project creation; because to do the work properly variation is needed. If the project will be completed with the same process then the productivity will be less. That is why the involvement of the business is needed. Except that the project will have several attempts, after that when it is decided that the project will continue, then the expectation should be maintained through the variation of business (Sunder.,2016). Now some points are needed to be highlighted, that why the stakeholders are important in a project:
Another thing is to select the proper stakeholder by the project manager is compulsory. Except that, those people have the decision making authority should be verified properly. Share the information and taking the answers from the team is needed to get the real solution to the problems. For any business it can be said that the primary goal is to achieve the actual service for the project (Elias.,2016). Now after that stakeholder management has to communicate with the stakeholders to give them proper information. There will be several questions in the mind of the stakeholders which should be clarified properly. Investor or the sponsor will think about, the project will be actually beneficial or not. Primary customer will think about the affectivity. The secondary will think how the other customer will take over. The project team will think about the project is beneficial for them or not. So the management has to convince all of them or replace with others to implement or start the project (Van Offenbeek and Vos.,2016). That is how the work should be done through the process. Now this communicating process should be maintained with several steps to make the result positive:
Stakeholder management is significant for the effective project relationship. The meaning of this, to trace the stakeholder’s communication as well as to know the stakeholder. The communication is unique for the stakeholders, and it will help to make the trust and relationship with the stakeholders which will help to manage them. So with a good relationship, it can be stated that satisfied sponsors, productive team and coordinators effort will make a proper chain. This chain will help to process the work accurately.
Small projects also have stakeholders. The tactics with the new approach, methodologies are made by the stakeholder’s management. In project management training, the contribution of the stakeholders is described. The trainer properly acknowledges the involvement of the people with the project and the outsider connected with the project. So it will help to communicate and judge the potential of the involved people. The planning of the project will be stronger against the design. Some less interested stakeholders are needed to be convinced for changing their decision about the project (Young.,2016). More stakeholders mean more new thought and more in time productivity. There is some vital reason needed to discuss the stakeholder's involvement:
After the analysis, it can be said that the stakeholders take each and every huge business projects care. One of the main reason is to interact with the customers properly. After the project delivery it is quite obvious some steps are needed to be modified or changed. The stakeholders can better handle this situation. They have the manpower, knowledge and experience. So they will help to transform the system as per the condition. Also, there will be various difficulties which will create a huge problem for the system. So the stakeholders will map the interest and the influence which should be carried by the requirement. Now management will decide the stakeholders from all of them to make the project perfect. Also, it can be said they always have a backup plan to execute the worst situation. If the stakeholders do not apply to that project, it will take huge time to recover. Another point is, in the starting involvement they will help hugely without any compensation. So the cost will be reduced and it will be very much helpful for the company. No doubt id any management can convince the stakeholder sponsors, then funding of the project is also done through the process. So it can be stated this overall business situation can be developed in a better way with the help of the stakeholders and the stakeholder management. So every business or initiatives should follow the lead and arrangement of the stakeholders for better and perfect outcome.
