It has been determined that the motivation of the employees is very essential in the business and it increases or decreases the overall profits of the selected company (Prateepkanth, 2011). In the modern world of business, the selected company facing several challenges in the market so to manage the challenges occurred in the selected company, it is significant to maintain the motivation among the workers and increase the profitability of the selected company.

In this project, the various factors are examined that affect the performance of the selected company (Jayaweera, 2015). This research proposal aims to analyze the effect of motivating employees on performance of selected company in case of Woolworth's company.

The chosen project is important as it defines the motivation matters in the performance of the selected company. Woolworths facing a lot of challenges in the business market of Australia. Therefore, it is essential to implement the motivation in the business to increase the advantages in the selected company. As per the data of the year 2015-17, it is analyzed that growth of company is continuous decreases due to the decreasing of motivation in the workers (Ibrahim and Brobbey, 2015). The employee cannot do the work with proper dedication due to the motivation and it decreases the profitability and productivity of the selected company. This research topic is very important as it gives a brief description of the advantages gained by the selected company by the motivation of the workers. This proposal undertakes the research literature, and review of the authors that help in analyzing the impact of the performance of the company due to the motivation of the workers (Rose and Manley, 2011). The project gives several methods to increase the performance of the selected company.

The respondents involved in this process are the employees of Woolworths as they have more knowledge regarding the performance of the selected company.
